Randy was born in the Niagara Fall area. He moved to Central Florida in 1988 to peruse his dream in the world of Real Estate. After a year of getting settled he was fortunate to get his first break with one of the nations largest builders, "Centex Homes." Randy started with Centex in September of 1999 and after his first year was awarded Sales Person of the Year. Throughout his career he was presented with numerous awards such as 5 time Sales Person of the Quarter, CTX Mortgage Capture Ratio and once again fiscal year 2007 Sales Person of the Year. His most gratifying accomplishment came in 2004 when Randy was nationally recognized as Centex Homes Southeast Region World Series of Sales, "Highest in Customer Satisfaction." This award reaffirmed his dedication to "treat people as you yourself would like to be treated."
In May of 2008 Randy decided to make a change and move his license to the Real Estate Office of his best friend of 42 years, Russell Razzani.
